Vehicle Listings
Accurate Descriptions
All vehicle listings must contain accurate information, including correct mileage, condition, and features.
Clear Photos
Listings should include clear, recent photos that accurately represent the vehicle's condition.
Fair Pricing
Vehicles should be priced fairly and in line with market values.
Advertising Disclaimer
All vehicle advertisements on Chabobo must accurately represent the actual vehicle being sold and must comply with the following requirements:
Accurate Representation
Adverts must describe the actual vehicle being sold with current, up-to-date photos showing the vehicle's true condition at the point of sale.
Ownership Verification
Sellers must own the vehicle being advertised or have explicit permission from the legal owner to sell it. All vehicles must be properly registered to the seller.
Platform Purpose
Chabobo is intended solely for legitimate vehicle advertising and sales. Any use contrary to this purpose is strictly prohibited.
Content Violation Policy
Any user creating adverts that violate these terms or misuse the platform will have their content removed immediately without notice. No refunds or compensation will be issued under any circumstances for removed content. Adverts containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content including but not limited to any form of abuse, explicit material, or content unsuitable for public viewing will result in immediate account suspension and permanent banning. All relevant information will be reported directly to authorities where required by law.
Fraudulent Activity Policy
Any advert identified as fake, copied, featuring stolen vehicles, or vehicles involved in criminal activity will be immediately removed. The user account will be permanently locked and banned, and all relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Important Notice
Chabobo acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to transactions and do not handle payments directly between users. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.
